How do I know which size will fit me best?
We have uploaded a general size guide which shows body measurements against the sizes we follow. The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. The silhouettes may vary from slim fit to oversized. If you’re still unsure, request you to write to us at info@twolittleshirts.com with Subject: HELP WITH SIZE. you can link or send us a screenshot of the item you want to purchase along with your body measurements. We will help you out with the size that would fit you best.
What are the sizes you generally offer?
We currently have sizes ranging from XS to XL.
What does dual size mean?
Some Garments that have a more relaxed and comfortable fit can be worn by, for example, both an S & M or M & L .
These will be mentioned on the product page.
Do your sizes usually run larger?
Most of our styles are relaxed fit or oversized fit. You may also fit into a size smaller than your usual, but we suggest you stick to your regular size as the garment is meant to fall that way. You can continue wearing it if and when you lose or put on a little weight. We are also lucky to have easy access to inexpensive alteration tailors in India. We can guide you over video calls or photos in case of easy alterations that you can get done yourself.
Which size do I buy if I'm an expecting mother?
A lot of dresses and tops are bump- friendly. However sizing can be tricky as your measurements will change through the duration of your pregnancy. You can share your measurements with us on info@twolittleshirts.com with Subject: HELP WITH SIZE and we would be able to guide you
How do I know if the order is confirmed?
If your card or bank account has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation email from us, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you are still unable to find it, please bring this to our attention immediately so we can check on this. You can write to us at info@twolittleshirts.com with Subject: ORDER CONFIRMATION MISSING
I ordered the wrong size, could you please change it prior to dispatching?
Yes, we are usually able to change the size if you make a request within 24 hours after placing your order with us (subject to availability of the desired size). After this time it will be difficult since we try to dispatch ready goods within a day of receiving orders. Please e-mail us on info@twolittleshirts.com with Subject: URGENT ORDER CHANGES
I placed the order to a wrong address or put a wrong contact number. How can I change it?
We can usually make the necessary changes if you make a request within 24 hours after placing your order with us. After this time it will be difficult since we try to dispatch ready goods within a day of receiving orders. Please e-mail us on info@twolittleshirts.com with Subject: URGENT ORDER CHANGES.
Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned to our warehouse. You will have to arrange for a pick-up and bear the expense for the same.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not entertain cancellation requests. Orders once placed are considered final. We are happy to help you out with any doubts that you may have regarding your order and fulfil it in the best possible way.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours along with relevant images.
It should be returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week from the date of delivery, else TLS will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
What if an item I purchased is out of stock?
In the rare case that your purchased item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not provide international shipping. However you can get in touch with us at info@twolittleshirts.com with the subject: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUEST with the necessary delivery details and we can try to have it shipped to you. TLS will not be responsible for customs and duties.
Is there a shipping fee?
We have free shipping within India.
When will I receive my order?
Once you place an order your items would be delivered within 12-14 working days.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. In the case of made-to- order garments, the lead time could be 7-10 days. The same will be mentioned on the product page.
I want my order shipped urgently. How do I ensure it gets to me at the earliest?
We can process an order with express shipping on the request of the customer at an additional cost.

We have a same day pick up option for Mumbai orders placed before noon. To opt for this method, please select 'Local Pickup' during the checkout process. After placing your order you can reach us via email or whatsapp to schedule the pick up from the warehouse.
I have items with different expiration delivery dates in my order. When will I receive it?
In this case your whole order will be shipped together at the same time to avoid wastage of resources. If you need earlier delivery for ready to ship items, we request you to place a separate order for the sa,e.
I want to return my order. How do I go about it?
We do not have a refund or cancellation policy. Returns are only entertained in case of size exchange or in the rare case of wrong or faulty products.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer size exchanges. In case of non-availability of desired size the same style, the new style must be of similar or higher value. We do not offer refunds.
Please note that size exchanges/returns will not be possible on a discounted product.
What if I am unhappy with the fit after purchase?
We are happy to exchange it with a size that would fit you better. In case you think minor alterations would help in making the garment more flattering on your body, we can guide you over video calls or photos in case of easy alterations that you can get done yourself.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not have a refund or cancellation policy.
In the rare case of the wrong item shipped, we must be notified about this within 48 hours along with relevant images.
To correct the mistake, we would bear the cost of the return shipping in this case and process the refund once we inspect the returned product.
We would be very happy if you would give us another chance to ship out the correct order to you.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We do not have a refund or cancellation policy.

Do you offer reverse pickups?
We do not offer reverse pick-ups. The cost of any return and exchange is to be borne by the customer. While sending us your order, please make sure that the sender name and order name remain the same or mention your order number on the parcel.
I am unhappy with the new size also. Can I still exchange it again?
Yes, you can exchange the size twice although we would encourage you not to do so. You can select another style that you think might be more flattering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only online payments: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Maestro). You can also pay via net banking or use our affiliated online wallets.
Do you have COD?
No, currently we do not offer COD service; the only exception to this is self pick-up orders in Mumbai. You can get in touch with us for more details on the same.
What do I do if my payment isn't going through?
In rare cases, this might happen due to technical issues with the bank or the payment gateway. Please try again. If there's still an issue, you can get in touch with us and we will help sort this out and place your order for you.

What currency are prices in?
Currently in India, our prices are in INR.
What to do if the shade or colour is different from what I saw on the website?
We try to keep the photograph colours closest to the original. However these colours still different slightly from screen to screen. The garments are also hand-dyed. We use azo-free dyes due to which colours may not be as vibrant at times. This is not a mistake and the colour may differ ever-so-slightly in different batches.
How should I wash my clothes to make it last longer?
Hand-washing with a mild detergent is the best way to care for most of your garments. Always wash your whites and light colours separate from the darker colours. Our garments don't usually require dry- clean. In case they do, it would be mentioned on the product page.
How should I dry my clothes to make it last longer?
The ideal way is to hang-dry clothes in the shade. Direct exposure to sunlight could make the colours fade especially in natural fabrics. Generally you should avoid tumble drying all your clothes.
How should I iron my clothes?
It is better to iron clothes inside out. Fabrics like cottons and linens can be ironed at high temperature to get rid of the wrinkles. When in doubt, the safest way to iron clothes is with the garment steamer.
How can I avoid my garment from wrinkling easily?
Natural fibres tend to wrinkle more than polyesters and nylons. Linens and some cottons may wrinkle easily and faster than your other garments. While wrinkles can be a nuisance, they’re also a sign of natural, breathable fabrics that are comfortable to wear. So next time you pull a wrinkled shirt out of your closet, don’t despair – it’s just the fabric doing its thing!
